Dear National Presidents, Masters and Instructors:
You are cordially invited to attend the 14th Euro-Asia Taekwon-Do Championships &27. TRNC WTF Taekwondo Chapmionships that will take place in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus from
20-26, October 2014.
The guests from participating countries will be hosted at the Hotel Girne Öğretmen evi and Lapta Youth Center. Our federation will provide free transportation between the Lapta Youth Center and Eurasia Taekwondo center.
IMPORTANT:
Our federation will provide free acommodation to the participating teams under these conditions:
- 10 participants from each National Team can stay at Lapta Youth center between October 20th and 26th
- If your team exceeds 10, then you need to make arrangements to accommodate the excess members
- If you need to arrive before October 20th and/or leave after October 26th, then you need to arrange your own accommodation for the extra days.
You may contact our authorised travel partner at http://gtf.kibris.com.tr for your hotel and flight needs.
Those teams, who prefer to stay at other hotels rather than Lapta Camp Center will have to meet their own expenses and should make their own reservations through: http://gtf.kibris.com.tr and http://gtfnorthcyprus.com
In conclusion, our federation is providing Board and Lodging to 10 members for every participating National team. Any other acommodation request and needs should be addressed to our travel partner.
The competition will take place in three categories – Teams, Patterns and Sparring. In the 14 th Euro Asia Taekwon-Do Championships, the GTF Competition Rules will be applied.
All participants will have to bring their own protection gear with them.
Teams who wish to participate in the event need to send their team lists to the Headquarters of Taekwondo Federation of TRNC latest by October 1, 2014. Each team will also be required to bring two flags of their countries with them. Those teams that will state their flight itineraries will be provided free transportation from the airport to the camp center.
